Goo-net Exchange One-price stock in Japan

Buy one-price stock from Goo-net Exchange

Goo-net Exchange lists Japan's export stock at fixed prices in English. Send your advisor the link and the full landed cost for Malaysia comes back itemised.

What Goo-net Exchange is

Japan's export marketplace, open to anyone.

Dealer stock, listed at a fixed price from the day it goes online.

Goo-net Exchange is the export-facing side of one of Japan's largest used-car marketplaces. Dealers across the country list their stock on it at a fixed asking price, in English, with photographs and a full specification for every car. Anyone can browse it, from anywhere, without an account.

There is no bidding and no auction calendar. The price on the listing is the price the car sells at, so the only open question is what it costs to land in Malaysia, which the platform already counts among the markets it ships to most. That landed cost is the part we answer.

How buying here works

Three moves. The first two are yours if you want them, and you can hand over at any point.

  1. 01

    You find the car

Browse Goo-net Exchange at your own pace, in English, at prices that do not move while you think. No account, and nothing to ask for.

  2. 02

    You price it yourself

Six fields off the listing into our calculator and the landed cost for Malaysia comes back itemised, duty included. Or skip it, and an advisor runs the same numbers for you.

  3. 03

We check it and buy it

When you are ready, send the link. An independent inspection on the car, a written quotation against it, and only then a deposit.

If you want the number first

Six fields, and you have the number

Everything the calculator needs is already on the listing. Copy it across and the landed cost for Malaysia comes back in about 30 seconds, itemised, with the duty and our service fee already in it.

What you pay to start

10%

of the car price, to proceed with the purchase

Before we buy

A 10% deposit lets your advisor commit to the seller. Nothing is due while you are still browsing, and nothing is due to see a quotation.

You see the total first

The inspection and the itemised landed cost both come before the deposit is asked for, so you commit against a full number rather than a listing price.

Once the car is yours

The balance follows the shipping and clearance milestones, on a schedule your advisor confirms in writing.

We publish this so you can plan the cash flow. Payments go to Direct Car Import Sdn Bhd only, and your advisor confirms the account with you directly. We never post bank details on this website.

Price it yourself, or ask us

The calculator is public and it does the same arithmetic your advisor does. Six fields off a listing and the landed cost for Malaysia comes back itemised, in about 30 seconds.

None of it is compulsory. If the fields look like work, an advisor runs the same calculation on any car you send and comes back with the itemised total.

  1. 01

    Pick the mode

It opens on Bidding. Take the second tab instead, the one that names Goonet, because every car here sells at a fixed price.

  2. 02

    Copy six fields

Maker, model and vehicle type, the price in yen, the registration month and year. Every one of them is on the listing in front of you.

  3. 03

    Read every line

Leave Full Breakdown ticked and sign in with your phone number. The duty, the fees and our service fee come back as separate lines, not one number.

Questions about one-price stock

Straight answers on the listing, the price, the inspection and timing.

It is the export-facing side of one of Japan's largest used-car marketplaces. Dealers across Japan list their stock on it at a fixed asking price, in English, and anyone can browse it. The marketplace is not ours; we buy from it on your behalf.

Yes, and we would rather you did. Browsing is the easy half. The listing belongs to a Japanese dealer, the price stops at the forecourt, and the car still has to be inspected, bought, shipped and cleared through Malaysian customs. That is the half we carry.

No, and no importer's is. You pay the landed cost, which adds shipping, clearance, duty and our service fee to the listing. You can work that out yourself in the calculator before you contact us, and your advisor confirms it in writing before you commit. It does not change afterwards.

Yes. The import calculator is public, and a Goo-net Exchange listing gives you everything it asks for: maker, model, body type, the price in yen and the registration date. Choose the tab that names Goonet rather than Bidding, because these cars sell at a fixed price. Seeing the itemised breakdown needs a phone number and a verification code, which takes a minute and does not involve an advisor. Running it yourself is optional. If you would rather not, send the listing and an advisor comes back with the same figure.

A deposit of 10% of the car price, once you have seen the itemised quotation and asked us to proceed. The balance follows the shipping and clearance milestones, on a schedule your advisor confirms in writing.

Yes. One-price cars get an independent inspection before we quote, and your advisor reads the listing and its history with you. If what the inspection finds disagrees with what the listing claims, you hear about it before any money moves.

Most cars reach their owner in 8 to 12 weeks. That covers the purchase and collection in Japan, shipping to Port Klang, customs clearance, duty assessment and registration.

Yes. Car Sensor carries Japan's domestic listings, which run deeper than the export stock but are written in Japanese only. Your advisor translates the listing, verifies the car and prices it for Malaysia exactly the same way.

Send us a listing

Your advisor returns the full landed cost, usually the same day.

No cost to look, and no deposit until you have seen the quotation.
